Agenda Invest AG è affiliata all’Associazione Svizzera di Gestori di Patrimoni (ASG) in qualità di socio attivo con adesione all’organismo di autodisciplina (OAD) ai sensi della Legge federale sul riciclaggio di denaro (LRD, SR 955.0). I soci attivi di ASG sono sottoposti al Codice deontologico svizzero riconosciuto dalla FINMA che gli conferisce lo statuto di investitore qualificato.

Agenda Invest AG is affiliated with the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM) as an active partner with membership of the self-regulatory body (SRO) under the Federal Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA, SR 955.0). The ASG active members are subjected to the Swiss Code recognized by FINMA which gives the qualified investor status.
